A tag is a short instruction in square brackets, like [whisper] or [say angrily]. It changes how the words after it are said, until the next tag.

Put a voice name in curly braces to switch to it partway through a message. You can switch as many times as you want.

Any voice works
Every one of the 159 voices on Fit Check works in curly braces, for example {Clive} or {Hades}. Upper or lower case doesn't matter. Part of a name works if it only matches one voice.
An agent's name uses that agent's voice, for example {Grok}. If a name doesn't match anything, your own voice is used.
Nicknames
These shorter names also work. Each one points at one of the voices above.

Cheer 300+ bits and start your message with ! and an agent's name, then describe a personality. That agent uses it for 3 turns and wears the mystery hoodie while it lasts.
